Our treatments are, all each in their own unique way, aimed at rejuvenating the skin by triggering the body’s natural ability to repair itself. During your consultation appointment, we will advise you on which of these treatments (or treatment combinations) will be best suited to your needs. All treatments have a 48 hour cancellation policy as standard.

A professional skin consultation should be the first step you take when you’re considering starting treatments or skincare. The process allows you to gain advice on what is best for your individual needs and concerns. We often have new clients visit who have previously had treatments or bought skincare without really knowing why.

We recommend skin consultations to every new client that visits or enquires. It’s the only way we can provide you with our expert advice and help you achieve your desired results. It’s also a great feeling hearing advice from a skin expert who is keen to help you. We follow a skin consultation process before any treatments are conducted.

Step 1 - Filling out consultation form:

A consultation form will be given to you on arrival, this form contains general and lifestyle information, medical history and current skin routine questions. This form gives us an indication of how you’re currently looking after your skin, what could be causing certain concerns and any medication we need to be aware of.

Step 2 - Skin Analysis:

We take a series of photographs to assist us in analysing your skin. We take these images for every new and existing client, it’s a great way to see the progression of your skin.

Step 3 - The Discussion:

This step is the most important for us, this is where we are able to connect with you and figure out why you have decided to visit us. We discuss your skin history, health, lifestyle, current skincare routine and several other factors that could be contributing. There is always a reason as to why the skin is the way it is.

Step 4 - Visual Analysis:

We proceed to take you through into one of our facial rooms, to look at and feel your skin.  This step allows us to visually see concerns such as pigmentation, rosacea, oil flow, dehydration, congestion, dryness and many more. The feel of the skin can be a huge concern to you, however small changes we recommend on the day can start improving that. We always look under magnification to see pore size, blackheads, texture and any other concerns you may not have pointed out.

Step 5 - Recommendations:

Skin consultations can be overwhelming with information, we always approach the skin holistically which allows us to achieve the best results, but it can be a lot to take in on your first visit. To make this process easier for you, we always write down everything we have discussed during your consult. Helping you along during your skin journey is our passion. We connect with every client that visits and love bringing you towards your skin goals.

After an initial consultation, our team will be able to determine which treatments are best for you.
At SKIN2 we ensure the treatment is completely personalised to fit your unique needs and ensure the best possible results.

With aging, the outer skin layer (epidermis) thins, leading to the formation of fine lines, wrinkles, large pores and uneven skin texture. Collagen stimulation therapy is one of the most up to date treatments which harness your body’s natural healing powers to improve skin health. It is fast becoming the skin rejuvenation modality of choice achieving visible results in the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, repair of sun damaged skin, treatment of scarring, tightening of slackened skin, evening out of skin tone and reduction in the visibility of dilated blood vessels. The process, called ‘micro-needling’, is delivered with an innovative medical device called ‘SkinPen’.  These needles create micro-injuries, which trigger the body into producing collagen and elastin; two components of healthy, youthful skin. This process results in the formation and remodeling of collagen and elastin, which supports the underlying tissue. The result is more youthful, smoother and tighter looking skin.

SkinPen’s variable needle depth allows for maximum versatility, making it safe and effective to use on many parts of the body, including the face, neck, hands and décolletage.

Topical anesthetic is applied prior to treatment. Generally, patients report feeling only the slight vibration of the SkinPen during the treatment. The SkinPen is carefully glided across the area of concern using the Skinfuse LIFT HG to create hundreds of microscopic puncture wounds which stimulates the natural repair process and activates collagen and elastin production.

The total healing time depends on the individual.  Most patients have some slight swelling and redness/pinkness (like a mild to moderate sunburn) for two to four days following the procedure.

The natural repair process of your own skin continues to progress through the course of several weeks. Damage that has occurred over an extensive period will not disappear immediately. You may not see the result for up to six months following your final session. Individual results will vary.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE RECOMMENDED?

To achieve the optimum results, we recommend six SkinPen Treatments, each four weeks apart over a period of nine months. You will continue to see improvement in your skin for three to six months after treatment as new collagen grows, giving your skin a more youthful, healthy appearance. To maintain your results, we recommend you have a SkinPen treatment every four to six months.

The cost of one SkinPen treatment is £295-00.
For patients who wish to purchase a course of six treatments, the total cost is £1500-00 (£250-00 per treatment)

Sunekos is a new, state of the art, award winning injectable skin treatment with a unique, patented formulation of amino acids and hyaluronic acid. Once injected, the product stimulates the activity of skin fibroblasts, resulting in the production of collagen and elastin, the two most important structural proteins of our skin. This means it helps to restore the biological functions of the skin, improving facial volume loss, reducing wrinkles, and improving skin hydration, texture and tone. Sunekos is not a dermal filler or toxin (such as Botox or Azzalure), it's a more natural treatment, and you don't need to worry about looking "done" or over-filled, as it stimulates your own natural collagen to improve the skin. This treatment is ideal if you have loose, crepey, thin skin and/or loss of volume around your eyes. It can reduce dark circles under the eye by thickening the skin, and elastin stimulation can help reduce eye bags and hollow eyes. It is also suited to help with lines, wrinkles, crepiness, volume-loss and laxity on your face, neck, décolletage and hands.

The unique, patented formulation is safe and effective for use on many parts of the body, including the face, neck, hands and décolletage.

Generally, patients report feeling only slight discomfort during the treatment.

There is usually minimal recovery time after Sunekos treatment. Typically, you will notice some small bumps in the skin where the product has been injected, which usually disappear within hours, but can take 72 hours to completely resolve.

Clinical trials showed a significant improvement in skin hydration after 10 days following the first treatment session with Sunekos which remains present, even after 6 months

HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE RECOMMENDED?

To achieve the optimum result, it is recommended to have four Sunekos treatments, 7–10 days apart. You should notice an improvement as the treatments progress, but the entire course of 4 treatments should be completed to achieve the optimum result

The cost of one Sunekos treatment is £285-00.

For patients who wish to purchase a course of four treatments, the total cost is £960-00 (£240-00 per treatment)

BioRePeelCl3 is a biphasic chemical peel exclusively for medical use. It is a sophisticated formulation of acids, including amino acids, and vitamins which stimulate superficial and deep tissue rejuvenation. One of the main advantages of this peel is that there is very minimal downtime following treatment. The chemical action of the peel stimulates the dermis of the skin and helps to regulate hyperpigmentation and correct imperfections, control sebum production, reduce dilated pores and accelerate cell turnover and in doing so, increase the ability of fibroblast cells to produce more collagen and elastin. As a result of the bi-phasic action of the peel it has been proven to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin tone and texture, reduce acne and scarring, reduce blackheads and open pores, reduce pigmentation and melasma and improve the appearance and condition of dull and dry skin. You could have BioRePeelCl3 treatment on its own, or in conjunction with SkinPen and Sunekos. When used in conjunction with any of these two treatments, it will have a more intense skin rejuvenation outcome.

BioRePeelCl3 is effective in the treatment of the face, neck, décolletage, and hands and is suitable for all skin types.

BioRePeelCl3 is a painless peel however, you may feel a slight tingling sensation on application.

Your skin may appear slightly red afterwards and this could last for 24-48 hours.  In the days following your treatment, you may experience peeling and flaking of the skin (between day 2 and 10).

Clinical trials showed a significant improvement in skin hydration after 10 days following the first treatment session with BioRePeelCl13 which remains present, even after 6 months

To optimise results, a course of four treatments, 7-10 days apart is advised. Following the initial course of treatment, it is advised to have a peel once every 6-8 weeks. It can, however, be done as a once-off treatment

The cost of one BioRePeelCl3 treatment is £90-00.

For patients who wish to purchase a course of four treatments, the total cost is £320-00 (£80-00 per treatment)

As we age the skin is creased in areas of repeated natural expression. The aging process causes a loss in the skin's ability to repair itself, so that in the areas of over use the line become more visible. Botox or Azzalure is used to relax the movement of the muscle, resulting in reduced creasing which allows the skin to recover and the lines to gradually soften.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a powerful moisturising agent which appears naturally in the dermis of the skin, maintaining firmness and skin tone. With age the skin dries out and becomes fragile and wrinkles start to appear. The tissues progressively sag and the face become hollow. Injected into the dermis, a dermal filler will effectively alleviate this hyaluronic acid deficiency. In this way HA fillers can be used to fill out facial lines, wrinkles and plump up lips.
